Relocating to the North Pittsburgh area, my husband and I were only available weekends and unfamiliar with the area. With limited time, we had to be ready to see many properties at once. Wendy prepped us before our first meeting. She had the properties organized based on location, and appointments to see each house. She picked us up where we were staying with a friend and drove us to each house. She was also able to get a few quick appointments for houses that caught our eye while driving around. Knowing we would be out all day; she had a cooler full of drinks and snacks. Once we had an accepted offer, Wendy kept us informed and on schedule to get to closing without any snags. She also pursued several options before the property was 100% ready to be on-market and got prospects into the property early. Then before showings, she staged the property with enough accents to make it look homey, not empty. She works fast, is highly responsive, responsible, and VERY NICE! I would definitely work with her AGAIN and AGAIN!
